Why we publish prices

Every search about bathrooms is really a search about cost — the questions people ask Google prove it. Most fitters still make you ring to find out. We think that is the wrong way round: a range you can plan against is more useful than a quote you have to chase, and clients who arrive knowing our ranges have already decided we are honest. The ranges are on the cost guide; the fixed number comes after a free survey of your actual room.

How payments work

A modest materials deposit on booking, stage payments at first-fix and practical completion, and a final 5–10 percent held until the snag list is closed. Stages, never dates. Bank transfer or card — never cash for a discount. If a strip-out discovery needs the contingency, you approve it in writing before we proceed.

What we will not do

• Quote a renovation without seeing the room. A number given from the doorway is a number that will move.
• Take a large payment before materials are ordered. A third up front is how bad jobs start.
• Tank half a wetroom. Full envelope, flood-tested for 24 hours, photographed — or we do not call it a wetroom.
• Skip certification. Bathroom electrics are notifiable; the certificate is part of the job, not an extra.
• Compress drying times to hit a headline schedule. Two honest weeks beats one fast one and a callback.

Workmanship is guaranteed in writing, product warranties are registered at handover, and the certificates for notifiable work come in the same folder.
