How much does it cost to renovate a small bathroom?

The FMB's national average for a small bathroom is £4,250, and London prices sit at the top of any national band. What you genuinely save in a small room: tiles, flooring, and some tiling hours. What you do not save: the plumber's first fix, the electrician and certification, the extractor, the tanking, or the strip-out — a small room's skip weighs much the same.
