West Greenwich and the streets up to the park are Georgian and early-Victorian townhouses — flat-fronted brick, sash windows, and bathrooms retrofitted at every period since 1900, some elegantly, some appallingly. Maze Hill and Westcombe Park are large Victorian villas, many converted to flats. East Greenwich and Charlton are conventional Victorian terraces.
